2025.1 offline installer for Unix?

The download page (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/oneapi/distribution-python-download.html?install-type=conda&python-conda=python-3_12&operatingsystem-conda=linux&packagetype-conda=idp-allcomponents) says there's an "offline" option...

All Intel Distribution for Python components are available for on/offline installation using a stand-alone conda*-based installer. Choose this option if your target installation environments are behind a firewall, you need to manage versions, or for other purposes.

To customize your selections, choose a package manager for installation.

... but I don't see it?  Selecting "conda" looks like it just does an online creation of a conda environment.

(I really wish that Intel AI tools (python, openvino, etc...) would support offline options like the Base and HPC toolkits do.

Please note that we will be phasing out the stand-alone installer and recommend creating environments using online channels with conda, mamba, or pip. If you need to transfer an environment to a machine without internet access, you can do so by copying the environment folder. We will be updating the Installation Guide to incorporate these changes.

I guess it was inevitable.

Thanks for the clarification.
